About the role

  • Serve as the strategic lead for key accounts, guiding the development and execution of comprehensive advertising strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with senior client stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and long-term growth.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients and manage smooth transitions for existing accounts.
  • Ensure a deep understanding of client goals and provide strategic direction from the outset.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of specialists and strategists, driving performance and professional development.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the team.
  • Develop and implement strategies that align with clients' business goals, focusing on maximizing ROI and achieving financial targets.
  • Monitor and adjust campaigns based on performance data and financial KPIs.
  • Drive innovation by staying ahead of industry trends and introducing new strategies in TV, CTV, streaming, audio, display, and OOH advertising.
  • Position the company as a leader in media strategy through thought leadership and industry involvement.
  • Educate senior client stakeholders on the latest media analytics trends and best practices.
  • Provide strategic guidance through workshops, presentations, and direct consultation.
  • Maintain an advanced understanding of the advertising industry, particularly in TV, CTV, streaming, audio, display, and OOH media, to anticipate and respond to market changes that may impact client strategies.
  • Demonstrate deep expertise in optimizing the media mix across TV, CTV, streaming, audio, display, and OOH channels, ensuring the most effective use of client budgets to drive campaign success.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in TV, Audio, and Display roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns
  • Management experience preferred.
  • Experience in finance, consulting, or like industries a plus
  • MBA a plus
  • SQL experience a plus
  • Competence with principles of marketing data analysis, including A/B testing, incrementality, statistical significance
  • Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions
  • Advanced computer skills including Google Suite, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.
