• Provide accurate, clear, and complete information to customers regarding policies, coverage, billing, and claims
• Respond to, route, and resolve inquiries via phone and email in a friendly, timely, and professional manner
• Document all customer interactions thoroughly in our internal systems
• Escalate complex issues as appropriate
• Confidently discuss insurance products, coverage details, exclusions, endorsements, and claims processes
• Communicate complex insurance topics in plain language to ensure customer understanding
• Support both English- and Spanish-speaking customers with professional fluency
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of Tint’s products, services, and policy guidelines
• Partner with Operations to keep support tools and workflows up to date
• Contribute to the development and refinement of support processes, documentation, and policies
• Help scale best practices as the Customer Support function grows

Customer Support Specialist

Director

• Build and lead the team that will develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Mobility insurance programs in line with organizational objectives, including creating program specification documents, filings, and policy forms
• Cultivate relationships with new and existing non-insurance brands in the Mobility space, driving Tint's customer base growth
• Collaborate with insurance brokers and carriers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions for insurance policies
• Experiment with and help operationalize AI-powered tools across program management, analytics, documentation, and workflows to significantly improve team productivity and speed of execution
• Cultivate strong relationships with insurance carriers, maintaining regular communication and addressing areas of opportunity proactively
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing insurance operations.
• Oversee the administration of insurance policies, including premium payments, renewals, and claims processing
• Serve as the subject matter expert in the Mobility space, staying abreast of industry developments and best practices
• Ensure alignment across business and technical teams to deliver on business requirements.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of insurance programs to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, clients, and carriers, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations
• Identify and attend relevant insurance industry events and program-specific gatherings

Director of Program Development, Mobility

Engineer

• Create integration solutions for customers, seeking to standardize implementation paths for new customer use cases.
• Use effective communication to bridge the gap between various stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is on the same page and working towards common goals.
• Work closely with the Product and Customer Success teams, sharing your insights from working closely with our customers to propose innovative solutions that address platform gaps and enhance our offerings.
• Analyze different implementation paths, evaluate the tradeoffs, and recommend the best solution.
• Comprehensively document decisions, outlining the pros and cons of each choice to ensure both internal and customer teams are synchronized.
• You'll be hands-on with engineering tasks when needed, creating custom functionalities for integrations.
• Engage in pair programming with peers, conduct thorough code reviews, advocate for automated testing and coding best practices, and leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve development speed and quality.
• Work closely with a Senior Engineer at Tint, with opportunities to be mentored and grow your technical and customer-facing skills.
