About the role
- Develop new business based on market intelligence, engagement with existing verticals, operational activities and client visits;
- Map and manage business opportunities (key clients, potential for the division, new opportunities);
- Define accounts (clients) to address strategic topics;
- Lead the BDR and IM team;
- Execute commercial planning, content/case generation and marketing (MKT) campaigns;
- Map market information (macroeconomic data, segment data, investments, competitors) and translate potential into opportunities for the division;
- Manage sales opportunities in the CRM (ensure quality and involvement of all division business units in the opportunities);
- Structure the Value Selling concept for the business units;
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields;
- Experience in Engineering business development and/or Project Management (required);
- Advanced English for conversation desirable;
- Availability to travel.
