About the role

  • Develop new business based on market intelligence, engagement with existing verticals, operational activities and client visits;
  • Map and manage business opportunities (key clients, potential for the division, new opportunities);
  • Define accounts (clients) to address strategic topics;
  • Lead the BDR and IM team;
  • Execute commercial planning, content/case generation and marketing (MKT) campaigns;
  • Map market information (macroeconomic data, segment data, investments, competitors) and translate potential into opportunities for the division;
  • Manage sales opportunities in the CRM (ensure quality and involvement of all division business units in the opportunities);
  • Structure the Value Selling concept for the business units;

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Experience in Engineering business development and/or Project Management (required);
  • Advanced English for conversation desirable;
  • Availability to travel.
