Implementation Specialist

• Lead onboarding and implementation projects for new customers of TimeLog PSA.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions and configuration to ensure adoption of TimeLog.
• Translate business requirements into efficient TimeLog setup and workflows.
• Act as the subject matter expert during handovers from Sales, ensuring a smooth start.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers on success planning and early value delivery.
• Share feedback from implementations with Product and RevOps to continuously improve.
