Brand Ambassador

• Exemplifying the Timeless in-store experience
• Educate, Engage, & Inspire patients, customers, and dispensary staff as the face of Timeless with knowledgeable insights about our products and promotions.
• Ensure the Timeless brand inside the dispensary reflects Timeless Brands’ merchandising strategy and standards.
• Be aware of customer flow and staff brand engagement.
• Have the ability to handle any situation with patience and professionalism.
• Demonstrate fluency, enthusiasm, and expertise on Timeless products.
• Being onsite for dispensary events and activations
• Set up booths & promotional stands and stock promotional products.
• Engage and identify interest and understand consumer needs and requirements.
• Demonstrate and provide accurate information on promoted products and company services.
• Create a positive image and lead consumers to use Timeless products.
• Distribute apparel, accessories, brochures, flyers, and additional marketing materials to source new sales opportunities.
• Report on demonstration-related information, interest level, questions asked, and the number of samples/flyers distributed.
• Occasional travel outside the state to assist with Timeless events.
• Go through full product training and test out at 90% to pass.
• Conduct Budtender education for the staff at each dispensary once product training is completed.
• Keep up with the schedule on Blitzs, ISA, and Budtender training for the designated territories/ accounts.

Account Executive

• Drive sales and foster strong relationships with clients within the cannabis industry as a Hybrid Sales Account Executive.
• Take ownership of all marketing activations for your territory and act as the face of the company, promoting and selling the Timeless House of Brands products to dispensaries.
• Educate, Engage and inspire patients, customers, and dispensary staff with knowledgeable insights about our products and promotions.
• Bring our Brands to life – working with the best dispensaries, cannabis and lifestyle events, conventions, and medical patients.
• Ensure the Timeless brand inside the dispensary reflects Timeless Brands’ merchandising strategy and standards.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers & business partners.
• Set up in-store activations with promotional products and distribute apparel, accessories, brochures, flyers, and additional marketing materials.
• Conduct Budtender education for the staff at each dispensary once product training is completed.
• Keep up with the schedule on Blitzs, ISA, and Budtender training for the designated territories/accounts.
• Build your personal reputation within the local scene based on industry knowledge, market activity, and ability to create & deliver results.
• Develop and deploy strategies and tools to deliver the perfect pitch for Timeless.
• Take full responsibility for the wholesale, licensed sales, and marketing activities for your territory.
• Monitor territory trends and competitive activity while sourcing new sales opportunities.
• Strengthen and nurture long-term professional relationships with established customers and create new alliances with key influencers and industry experts.
• Utilize sales and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial increases in earnings for customers and Timeless.
• Negotiate partnership agreements to build long-term relationships.

Sales Account Executive

Account Manager

• Maintain relationships with key dispensary accounts and be the face of Timeless in Illinois dispensaries.
• Visit 15–30 tier accounts weekly, prioritizing top accounts 2–4x per month.
• Educate budtenders and managers on product drops, artists, deal days, incentives, and upcoming events.
• Execute eye-catching marketing displays, clean, stock, and set up displays using a fully stocked car kit.
• Ensure marketing is properly displayed on TVs, kiosks, menus, and pedestals.
• Perform 1–2 in-store activations per day on Thurs, Fri, and Sat (12–2pm and/or 4–7pm).
• Drive sales during activations by engaging customers, upselling Timeless, and offering education.
• Provide swag and occasional food/drink drops; attend and support Timeless-owned or partnered events; evening and weekend availability required.
• Track competitor activity and market trends; collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to adjust tactics and strategy.

Sales Account Manager
