About the role
- Contribute to product positioning and messaging across the Academy portfolio
- Develop high-quality commercial materials, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment
- Partner with Product and Sales to translate features into value propositions
- Conduct structured market and competitor analysis using AI tools
- Support go-to-market execution for new launches and projects
- Maintain and update product documentation and internal knowledge assets
- Track key performance indicators and support impact reporting
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally spanning Product Marketing, Strategy, or coordination roles in Creative or Digital Agencies
- A pragmatic, data-informed approach to decision-making and prioritization
- Strong proficiency in using AI for content creation and as a research assistant
- Ability to combine analytical and creative thinking
- Execution-oriented, managing budgets and measuring ROI
- Solid stakeholder management skills, aligning and guiding cross-functional teams
- Fluent in both Italian (native level) and English, written and spoken
