• Ensure the successful delivery of public-funded and corporate transformation programs, while owning tender participation end-to-end and maintaining compliance with public sector requirements
• Lead the delivery of B2G upskilling and reskilling programs and contribute to B2B programs, managing end-to-end execution from kick-off to closure
• Lead end-to-end tender and bidding activities, from opportunity analysis to submission, ensuring alignment with requirements and evaluation criteria
• Ensure compliance with public funding requirements, managing documentation, reporting, and audit readiness
• Manage administrative and back-office activities across both B2B and public-funded projects, including documentation, reporting, invoicing support, and coordination with Finance
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and institutional stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability
• Monitor project economics and performance, including budget allocation, cost control, and overall project sustainability
• Leverage AI and productivity tools to map, streamline, and automate manual workflows across both tender and delivery processes, improving efficiency, consistency, and scalability
