About the role

  • Responsible for monitoring corrective and preventive activities performed by subcontractors in the field.
  • Support the deployment area for new products/services across fixed, mobile and enterprise environments.
  • Provide technical support to teams for fault handling and resilience actions.
  • Supervise corrective and preventive activities carried out by subcontracted companies by validating and approving technical reports.
  • Prepare controls and schedules for activities performed by contracted companies.
  • Consolidate technical information into management reports, track and resolve outstanding issues, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Analyze technical-operational reports related to corrective activities.
  • Prepare operational reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Electronics, Technology, or Telecommunications.
  • Essential: strong knowledge of mobile telephony networks and transmission (Tx) equipment.
  • Experience providing support and troubleshooting with operation and field maintenance teams.
  • Experience with fiber optic networks and DWDM.
