Responsible for preventive maintenance and monitoring of network quality indicators for international and national roaming services.
Main Activities
Develop and monitor KPIs for International and National Roaming quality and take actions to ensure service between the company and partner operators;
Propose improvements to the area’s internal processes and implement them;
Monitor and govern new International Roaming agreements to ensure end-to-end processes;
Prepare configuration plans for IMSI ranges of national and international operators;
Update documentation for publication with other operators;
Interact with Planning, Engineering and NOC teams to collect data or report network issues;
Analyze network signaling to identify problems;
Perform preventive maintenance to anticipate Inbound and Outbound Roaming failures;
Monitor the operation of Roaming 30k with partner operators;
Perform troubleshooting for customers in national and international Roaming, using signaling tools;
Provide support to the iSOC;
Prepare network performance reports and dashboards for Roaming;
Participate in meetings with international operators and solution vendors.

Requirements

Experience with Voice and Signaling network technologies;
Knowledge of practices adopted by mobile operators in Brazil and abroad;
Knowledge of NGN network architecture, MSC, HSS and HLR, Packet;
Knowledge of STP and DSR;
Knowledge of signaling routing;
Knowledge of signaling protocols (CAMEL, INAP, Diameter, SIP, MAP, ISUP, HTTP, SOAP, SMPP, SNMP, SFTP);
Experience and knowledge in international Roaming is desirable;
Knowledge of programming is desirable;
Knowledge of programming;
Availability to work in shift model, 5x2 schedule with weekend on-call;
Completed higher education.
