About the role

  • Responsible for delivering innovative solutions to clients' problems, i.e., capturing business requirements and transforming them through analysis and design into technical solutions.
  • Design and define the architecture for new or existing complex OSS systems;
  • Develop architecture diagrams for OSS systems using tools such as Microsoft Visio or equivalents;
  • Create and maintain detailed and organized technical documentation for OSS projects;
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings and presentations;
  • Collaborate with development and engineering teams to translate technical requirements into clear visual representations;
  • Support the creation and maintenance of technical reports and workflows;
  • Apply basic programming knowledge to review and interpret scripts or simple automations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields;
  • Experience with diagramming tools for architecture (Microsoft Visio or similar);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Knowledge of telecommunications network architectures (core network, radio access network, transport, IP/MPLS);
  • Knowledge of programming and scripting languages used in telecommunications (Python, Java, Shell scripting);
  • Knowledge of integration patterns (SOA, REST and SOAP APIs, microservices) and telecom middleware.
