About the role

  • Responsible for supporting the area in strategic planning processes for the expansion of the company's broadband fiber optic network and monitoring the performance of the built coverage areas, as well as managing physical and financial indicators.
  • Lead projects for network coverage expansion and partner, product and service performance;
  • Support management decision-making through analyses, development of management reports and process automations;
  • Map processes, identify opportunities, propose and implement process improvement actions, optimizing and automating controls and reports;
  • Prepare Business Cases to support the fixed network expansion strategy to new cities using external data;
  • Develop dashboards, executive presentations and monitor network indicators;
  • Analyze commercial indicators for Sales, Gross and Churn;
  • Analyze customer purchasing profiles and performance of coverage areas;
  • Conduct ex-post analyses of projects and work streams.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of FTTH network operations;
  • Advanced Excel and SQL Server database skills;
  • Knowledge of data modeling;
  • Advanced PowerPoint and executive presentation skills;
  • Experience in the Telecommunications market (desirable);
  • Experience working in commercial areas, Commercial Planning;
  • MS Office suite;
  • Desirable experience in developing Dashboards and Simulators;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.
