About the role

  • You independently manage a strategic customer portfolio in the Central/Eastern Germany region
  • You maintain and further develop existing customer and vendor/manufacturer contacts and proactively expand these relationships
  • You identify potential new customers, actively reach out to them and qualify them for our portfolio
  • You present our comprehensive vendor and product portfolio as well as our TIM services to customers on-site and digitally
  • You organize and deliver partner training—practical, professional and customer-oriented
  • You develop strategic sales plans, identify growth opportunities and implement targeted measures for business development
  • You proactively cultivate value-oriented relationships with key decision-makers—with foresight and tact
  • You will be supported by a committed inside sales team with whom you will maintain close collaboration

Requirements

  • Technical understanding and enthusiasm for IT solutions
  • Experience in sales or channel management—ideally within the IT sector
  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., IT systems management clerk, industrial clerk) or a degree in a technical or business discipline (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics)
  • Strong communication skills, initiative and organizational talent
  • Enjoyment of customer contact, strategic thinking and teamwork
  • A high degree of independence, personal responsibility and reliability
  • Excellent relationship management and good presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and approach
  • High willingness to travel
  • Fluent German and good English skills
