About the role
- Advise our existing customers on the security solutions from the vendor Sophos
- Manage your own customer portfolio
- Prepare quotes using the vendor's quoting tool and process orders
- Maintain and track projects
- Resolve technical questions and challenges in collaboration with our internal colleagues and with Sophos
- Work closely with the field sales team to support and develop new and existing customers within the Sophos environment
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, e.g., as an IT systems management clerk or as an industrial clerk
- Initial professional experience desirable
- Affinity for IT technologies and a solid technical understanding
- A careful and responsible way of working
- Very good German and good English skills
- A team-oriented and communicative personality
