Financial Planning and Analysis

• Assist with the day-to-day management of the company's financial records, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records
• Participate in the preparation of financial reports, including monthly and annual accounts
• Support senior team members with financial analysis, reconciliations, investor relations and budgeting topics
• Ensure compliance with German GAAP, tax regulations and company policies
• Perform payment runs and manage cash flow forecasting
• Respond to internal and external finance requests
• Handle ad hoc requests as assigned by management
• Support with operational debt financing process
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in finance operations
