About the role

  • Develop and execute GTM plans for product launches that span Tilt’s credit card and cash advance offerings.
  • Craft clear, differentiated messaging that communicates the unique value of Tilt’s products to target audiences.
  • Work directly with product and creative teams to define the in-app and lifecycle messaging strategy to ensure different customer segments understand, adopt, and continue to extract value from the product over time.
  • Uncover customer pain points, and opportunities to inform product marketing strategies and enhance the customer experience.
  • Become a master of the cash advance and credit card industries. Keep the wider team sharp on competitive shifts, and proactively identify strategic opportunities that align with Tilt’s mission.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing at a consumer tech or tech-forward financial services company; credit card experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead ambiguous, new product initiatives with a high degree of ownership.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical and financial concepts into clear, customer-centric messaging.
  • Experience developing GTM strategies and supporting successful product launches.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional partnership with product, engineering, design, compliance, and marketing teams.
  • Data-informed marketer with the ability to measure impact, learn quickly, and iterate on strategy.
