About the role

  • As the first point of contact for our prospects, you will handle incoming inquiries by phone and chat
  • You will qualify the client’s needs and direct the prospect to the Tiime product that best meets them
  • You will present and sell our services and products to prospects to encourage them to subscribe to one of our commercial offers
  • After a sale, you will maintain the link and coordinate with the Tiime teams involved after the SDR stage in the customer journey
  • You will manage any commercial follow-ups with prospects
  • You will report on your activity
  • You will actively contribute to the development of the CRM (Salesforce) and team processes to improve SDR commercial performance
  • You will liaise with the marketing team to improve conversion rates

Requirements

  • Degree from an IAE/business school/university (equivalent to Bachelor’s to Master’s level, Bac+3 to Bac+5)
  • You are looking for an agile, challenging environment where you can grow and thrive
