About the role
- Monitor sensitive operations
- Review unusual transactions and alerts flagged by internal tools
- Conduct checks to better understand particular situations (transaction analysis, document verification, additional research)
- Contact relevant parties to obtain necessary information
- Make appropriate decisions: approve a transaction, block it, or escalate to a higher level if needed
- Write clear reports explaining situations and the decisions taken
- Propose ideas to improve processes and strengthen security
Requirements
- 2 years of experience (including apprenticeships) in a role related to banking, insurance, or accounting
- High operational rigor: strict compliance with procedures and confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong capacity to learn and quickly become operationally proficient
