About the role

  • Own and develop relationships with healthcare decision-makers (e.g., CNO, CMIO, CIO, IT and Operations leaders) to close new logo business and achieve quota
  • Build and manage a high-volume pipeline of new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales motions
  • Execute a consultative, value-based sales approach from discovery through close, with a focus on deal velocity and efficiency
  • Lead virtual and in-person sales presentations and product demonstrations as needed
  • Partner closely with Sales Development, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to generate pipeline and progress deals
  • Develop a working understanding of the healthcare industry, including customer workflows, operational challenges, and key performance metrics relevant to mid-market organizations

Requirements

  • 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally focused on mid-market accounts
  • BA/BS required; MBA or graduate degree is a plus
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas through new logo acquisition
  • Experience managing multiple opportunities simultaneously in a high-velocity sales environment
  • Ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders across clinical, operational, and IT teams
  • Strong solution-selling and discovery skills with the ability to articulate value and ROI
  • Collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally to close deals
  • High energy, resilience, and positivity aligned with the TigerConnect culture
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving growth environment
  • Experience selling into acute healthcare organizations is required.
