About the role
- Own and develop relationships with healthcare decision-makers (e.g., CNO, CMIO, CIO, IT and Operations leaders) to close new logo business and achieve quota
- Build and manage a high-volume pipeline of new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales motions
- Execute a consultative, value-based sales approach from discovery through close, with a focus on deal velocity and efficiency
- Lead virtual and in-person sales presentations and product demonstrations as needed
- Partner closely with Sales Development, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to generate pipeline and progress deals
- Develop a working understanding of the healthcare industry, including customer workflows, operational challenges, and key performance metrics relevant to mid-market organizations
Requirements
- 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally focused on mid-market accounts
- BA/BS required; MBA or graduate degree is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas through new logo acquisition
- Experience managing multiple opportunities simultaneously in a high-velocity sales environment
- Ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders across clinical, operational, and IT teams
- Strong solution-selling and discovery skills with the ability to articulate value and ROI
- Collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally to close deals
- High energy, resilience, and positivity aligned with the TigerConnect culture
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving growth environment
- Experience selling into acute healthcare organizations is required.
