• Deliver ongoing feature and performance improvements for the leading healthcare smart room platform
• Design and develop microservices-based applications using Java and/or functional programming languages.
• Automate the deployment of microservices to a cloud environment
• Migrate Java enterprise applications to a multi-tenant cloud architecture – we use AWS
• Work closely with internal client and product teams to refine requirements for technical implementation

Project Manager

• Lead implementation of TigerConnect healthcare communication and workflow platform, including middleware integrations, secure messaging, and physician scheduling solutions
• Manage complex, cross-functional projects involving interoperability with EMRs, ERPs, nurse call systems, telephony, and clinical applications
• Manage the project from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
• Guide customer change management, onboarding, training, maintenance, and system enhancements to achieve customer value and ROI
• Develop and own project plans, controlling scope, schedule, dependencies, resources, and concurrent projects
• Identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans
• Establish and maintain communication channels with project stakeholders, including status reporting and escalation of issues
• Provide leadership and direction to project team members and collaborate with product management, engineering, solution design, and clinical teams
• Ensure resource availability and allocation working with management, customers, vendors, and 3rd parties as applicable
• Track project performance with reports on status, budget, metrics, and resource allocation and provide feedback for PMO and process improvement

• Act as the first point of contact, responding to a high volume of support tickets via email, phone and chat
• Exceed customer expectations by providing timely responses and creating a positive experience
• Own support escalations & bugs - troubleshooting, gathering facts, and replicating issues before escalating to R&D
• Prioritize urgent requests by responding to them in adherence to our SLAs
• Assist customers with general support inquiries including login, user management, messaging, and settings requests
• Maintain meticulous records of your troubleshooting efforts in Salesforce
• Contribute to the TigerConnect Community and knowledge base by authoring articles while resolving customers' technical issues
• Aim to become a Subject Matter Expert across advanced premium features and API integrations
• Take on special projects and additional duties as needed
