About the role
- Define and lead the technical architecture, governance, and delivery of Power Platform solutions across the organisation and for external customers.
- Design scalable, secure, and reusable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio, enabling workflow optimisation and digital transformation.
- Lead the design and development of Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate flows, Power BI integrations, Power Pages and Copilot Studio solutions.
- Integrate Power Platform with Azure services and external systems.
- Define architectural standards, patterns, and best practices.
- Develop reusable components, frameworks, and templates.
- Define and implement Power Platform governance models.
- Advise on environment strategy, ALM, security roles, and data loss prevention (DLP).
- Partner with compliance and systems teams to safeguard data and platforms.
- Act as the technical lead on customer Power Platform projects.
- Facilitate solution design workshops and architecture reviews.
- Present and demonstrate Power Platform solutions to customers.
- Deliver training, handover sessions, and post-implementation support.
- Stay current with new Power Platform and Copilot features and introduce innovations that improve delivery, scalability, and user experience.
- Collaborate with data, IT, and business teams to produce high-quality solution architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience architecting and delivering Power Platform solutions at scale.
- Deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.
- Strong understanding of Power Platform governance, ALM, and security.
- Proficiency in Power FX, DAX, T-SQL, and M Language.
- Solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills.
- Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect (PL-600) or equivalent.
- Willingness to pursue further relevant certifications.
