• Identity, security, and compliance design using Entra ID, Conditional Access, Defender, and Purview.
• Migration strategies for Exchange, SharePoint, file services, and endpoint estates.
• Sensible adoption of emerging capabilities (e.g. Copilot), with clear positioning on when, why, and when not.
• You will be expected to make architectural trade-offs and clearly articulate them to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Cross-Functional Delivery: Produce high-quality SOWs, proposals, RFP responses, and solution documentation.
• Deliver workshops, demos, and PoCs to articulate designs and business value to technical and non-technical audiences.

• This role is suited to an engineer who already has practical, field-based experience and is looking to develop into a rounded consultant within a professional services environment.
• The successful candidate will work under the guidance of senior consultants and architects, contributing to customer engagements across design, implementation, and handover into managed service operations.
• Increase revenue by delivering customer outcomes through the design and provision of Tieva Secure Networks offerings.
