About the role

  • Administer and manage a global portfolio of SaaS applications in the Tietoevry CIO catalogue
  • Own access and license management via Azure AD / Entra ID and Access Packages
  • Onboard new SaaS tools, including SAML / SCIM integrations
  • Optimize: Admin and security settings
  • License policies and usage
  • Access packages and role models
  • Perform ad-hoc license harvesting and cost optimization
  • Support and administer tools such as: Figma, Lucid, Miro, Mentimeter Slack, ChatGPT Docker DocuSign & Adobe Sign GitHub Enterprise & GitHub Copilot Visual Studio M365 Viva (limited scope) LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, Cornerstone, Pluralsight Cursor (once onboarded)
  • Act as a senior support point for internal teams (low volume, typically 1–2 requests/month) regarding features and access
  • Collaborate with security, identity, and vendor stakeholders globally

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience in SaaS administration or IT application management
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure AD / Entra ID
  • SAML & SCIM integrations
  • License and access management at scale
  • Experience managing multiple enterprise SaaS tools simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently with global responsibility
  • Good understanding of security, access governance, and cost optimization
  • Clear communication skills in an international environment
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
