• Develop and execute sales strategies for the local market to achieve business targets
• Support distributors in sales planning, performance monitoring, and network expansion
• Design and deliver training programs on product knowledge, sales skills, compensation plans, and business building
• Create training materials, presentations, and digital content aligned with company standards
• Build relationships with distributors, leaders, and key partners
• Organize field visits, leadership meetings, workshops, and online training sessions
• Plan and coordinate sales events, seminars, and team-building activities across relevant markets
• Ensure high-quality execution of training events both online and offline
• Work closely with marketing, customer service, finance, and HQ teams to ensure smooth business operations
• Provide market feedback for product, training, and promotional improvements
