About the role

  • Hunt and close large enterprise deals (+$100k ACV) across different verticals
  • Lead consultative discovery by understanding enterprise business challenges, uncover pain points, and define strategic opportunities for AI-driven solutions
  • Translate business problems into actionable AI use cases in collaboration with product and engineering teams
  • Build enterprise business cases by quantifying ROI, efficiency gains, and other measurable outcomes to justify AI adoption
  • Define PoCs: Scope, manage, and deliver Proofs of Concept that demonstrate value and drive long-term contracts
  • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from pilot to signed, high-value agreement
  • Pioneer the enterprise consultancy practice by developing scalable sales motions, positioning, and best practices for selling AI solutions into complex, regulated industries
  • Partner with product, engineering, and marketing to refine offerings, tailor solutions, and address enterprise customer needs
  • Leverage professional connections to accelerate pipeline creation and open doors to strategic enterprise accounts

Requirements

  • 5–7 years in enterprise sales with a track record of closing large, long-cycle deals (+$100k ACV)
  • Experience in consultative selling and solution design
  • Delivering measurable impact in every engagement, demonstrating clear ROI and strategic value
  • Detail-oriented and strong relationship-building skills
  • Confidence to engage with C-level stakeholders and lead presales discussions
  • Nice to have: Experience with enterprise sales for AI driven solution
  • Track record of successfully closed enterprise deals in banking, insurance, or telco industry
