About the role
- Drive key product domains from conception through implementation and beyond
- Own strategy, vision, and roadmap for the post-onboarding vertical and prioritize work to deliver business impact
- Identify and segment businesses and determine the next best product for each segment
- Design and optimize onboarding journeys focused on the first 30 days to maximize adoption, retention, and lifetime value
- Collaborate with data, marketing, product, engineering, design, and platform teams to build and scale automated onboarding experiences
- Drive product discovery: identify opportunities, test concepts, and operationalise prototypes using qualitative and quantitative insights
- Evangelise product strategy and act as a cross-functional contributor and advocate for the customer
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior product managers and champion agile practices and process improvements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management with end-to-end product lifecycle involvement
- Hands-on experience in iterative product discovery and delivery
- Strategic and execution-focused mindset with ability to drive measurable results
- Experience spotting process and tooling improvements and driving change
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and breaking greenfield areas into actionable plans
- Excellent written and spoken English and strong communication skills across all levels
- Outcome-driven with ability to define and track key metrics using qualitative and quantitative data
- Strong product discovery skills and experience validating and iterating in problem and solution spaces
- Experience working on platform or foundational products (preferred)
