About the role
- Define and lead Tidal’s brand vision, positioning, and narrative
- Build first-consideration brand status across the ETF ecosystem
- Establish Tidal as the most trusted, authoritative voice in white-label ETFs
- Lead and integrate brand disciplines including advertising, promotion, events, research, content, and demand creation
- Partner closely with various departments to deliver cohesive, high-impact brand experiences
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience building and scaling B2B brands in competitive, high-value markets
- Deep B2B marketing expertise (non-negotiable)
- Experience in financial services (ETF experience a strong advantage)
- Comfortable with brand strategy and hands-on execution
- A confident, motivating leader who can inspire teams and influence at the executive level
