About the role

  • Define and lead Tidal’s brand vision, positioning, and narrative
  • Build first-consideration brand status across the ETF ecosystem
  • Establish Tidal as the most trusted, authoritative voice in white-label ETFs
  • Lead and integrate brand disciplines including advertising, promotion, events, research, content, and demand creation
  • Partner closely with various departments to deliver cohesive, high-impact brand experiences

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of experience building and scaling B2B brands in competitive, high-value markets
  • Deep B2B marketing expertise (non-negotiable)
  • Experience in financial services (ETF experience a strong advantage)
  • Comfortable with brand strategy and hands-on execution
  • A confident, motivating leader who can inspire teams and influence at the executive level
