About the role

  • Set the strategic direction and lead execution of ancillary upsells, add-ons, dynamic packages, and travel offerings within the purchase experience
  • Develop and evangelize the product strategy for upsells and ancillary offerings
  • Exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve ambitious goals
  • Partner with Design and Engineering to build robust, highly scalable solutions
  • Lead and inspire other purchase product managers, providing mentorship, coaching, and effective delegation
  • Manage complex go-to-market plans, coordinating with external clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of product management experience in technology-focused businesses, with a track record of delivering complex, high-impact products
  • Expertise in B2C ecommerce, purchase flows, upsell strategies, dynamic packaging, and travel integrations
  • Advanced knowledge of scalable architectures, agile methodologies, and product management best practices
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage large-scale, multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in computer science, business, or design preferred
