About the role
- Set the strategic direction and lead execution of ancillary upsells, add-ons, dynamic packages, and travel offerings within the purchase experience
- Develop and evangelize the product strategy for upsells and ancillary offerings
- Exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve ambitious goals
- Partner with Design and Engineering to build robust, highly scalable solutions
- Lead and inspire other purchase product managers, providing mentorship, coaching, and effective delegation
- Manage complex go-to-market plans, coordinating with external clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- 7–10 years of product management experience in technology-focused businesses, with a track record of delivering complex, high-impact products
- Expertise in B2C ecommerce, purchase flows, upsell strategies, dynamic packaging, and travel integrations
- Advanced knowledge of scalable architectures, agile methodologies, and product management best practices
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage large-scale, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in computer science, business, or design preferred
