- Partners with business leaders across TIAA's business units to address strategic challenges
- Leads consulting project workstreams end-to-end

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience Required
- MBA preferred
- 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred
- Prior experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy strongly preferred
- Must have independently managed multiple end-to-end strategy consulting workstreams
- Demonstrated proficiency in building financial models
- Proven track record of developing materials for C-suite or Board-level audiences
