About the role

  • Lead and inspire the leasing team to deliver exceptional results and service
  • Create welcoming first impressions and meaningful resident connections
  • Drive leasing performance through tours, follow-up, and sales excellence
  • Oversee the full leasing lifecycle from inquiry to move-in
  • Maintain strong curb appeal and ensure leasing readiness of vacant homes
  • Partner with the Property Manager on occupancy strategy and community goals
  • Build community pride through events, outreach, and resident engagement
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and company policies
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for residents, prospects, and partners

Requirements

  • Multifamily leasing experience with a proven sales track record
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and engage a team
  • Strong customer service mindset with leadership presence
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
  • Comfort with property management technology (Entrata experience a plus)
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
