About the role
- Lead and inspire the leasing team to deliver exceptional results and service
- Create welcoming first impressions and meaningful resident connections
- Drive leasing performance through tours, follow-up, and sales excellence
- Oversee the full leasing lifecycle from inquiry to move-in
- Maintain strong curb appeal and ensure leasing readiness of vacant homes
- Partner with the Property Manager on occupancy strategy and community goals
- Build community pride through events, outreach, and resident engagement
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and company policies
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for residents, prospects, and partners
Requirements
- Multifamily leasing experience with a proven sales track record
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and engage a team
- Strong customer service mindset with leadership presence
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
- Comfort with property management technology (Entrata experience a plus)
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
