About the role
- Directly manage, coach, and develop 3-5 Enrollment Specialist Team Leads
- Accountable for the performance of 30-50 Enrollment Specialists
- Work closely with Team Leads on performance management
- Build effective communication channels
- Understand enrollment team workflows and systems
- Closely monitor enrollment team "queue"
- Revamp workflows to drive improvements
- Partner with the Quality, Training & Enablement team
- Ensure new hires are effectively trained
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Lead testing and piloting of new approaches
Requirements
- Strong management experience
- Significant experience managing and coaching teams
- Operational orientation
- Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Data savvy
- Excellent communication skills.
