- Work cross-functionally with team leads to scope future platform directions
- Coordinate with engineers to manage development schedules
- Oversee engineering team’s performance and workload
- Communicate project needs and expectations effectively
- Assess technical risks and empower teams to mitigate them
- Establish best practices for quality control and effective design strategies
- Mentor and support team members for performance improvement
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing highly technical teams
- Experience in software development
- Ability to lead by example and mentor junior engineers
- Experience with no-code PaaS and mobile app development is a plus
- Willingness to work alongside engineers to solve problems
- Familiarity with team collaboration and project management
