Chief Marketing Officer

• Lead and oversee all of Thunkable’s marketing activities, including the development and implementation of Thunkable’s marketing strategy, budget management and driving brand awareness and sales growth.
• Analyze market trends, coordinate marketing campaigns and align marketing goals with overall business objectives.
• Develop, execute, and optimize demand generation campaigns across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels to drive user acquisition and trial starts.
• Own performance marketing and conversion funnels from top-of-funnel awareness to post-signup activation.
• Define and track KPIs to evaluate campaign performance and channel ROI. Move fast, iterate often.
• Generate high-quality leads and improve conversion to paid users.
• Own Thunkable’s marketing roadmap and budget. Prioritize impact and report directly to the CEO.
• Own and execute content marketing strategy, including blog, SEO, video, email, and thought leadership content that drives inbound interest and brand authority.

Product Designer

• Deeply understand our users and their pain points through customer conversations, user research, interviews, and usability testing.
• Design intuitive user flows and interaction patterns while contributing to and evolving our design system.
• Create polished, high-quality interfaces with strong attention to usability, accessibility, visual clarity, and consistency.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to transform sophisticated technical systems into simple and elegant user experiences.
• Prototype and iterate quickly, balancing speed with craft in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Present and communicate design decisions clearly, connecting user experience choices to broader product strategy and business goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, data, and marketing teams to bring ideas from concept to launch.
• Help improve overall product consistency, interaction quality, and design standards across the platform.

Data Analyst

• Collaborate with engineers to add, validate and maintain event tracking within React-based interfaces.
• Improve data reliability by identifying and troubleshooting tracking issues that impact data integrity.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to collect and shape business requirements into scalable data architecture and process improvements that enable cross-team integration, automation and efficient data flow. (eg. Google Ads, Meta ads, Payment systems, Amplitude, etc.)
• Document data architecture, key components, and data flows to ensure clarity.
• Collaborate across teams to query and analyze data from Amplitude and other SQL/NoSQL systems within our current data ecosystem.
• Conduct product and marketing analyses (such as funnels, cohort analyses, and user segmentation) to uncover actionable insights.
• Develop and monitor key metrics, including setting up automated dashboards and recurring reports.
• Lead data initiatives and experimentation, defining measurement approaches and evaluating success.
