About the role
- Leverage AI coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) for feature development
- Execute AI-generated code integration under senior guidance
- Support testing and debugging of AI-assisted implementations
- Follow established coding standards for AI-assisted workflows
- Participate in sprint planning and story estimation
- Learn effective prompting and AI collaboration techniques
- Perform code reviews of AI-generated code with senior oversight
- Document AI-assisted development learnings and processes
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing on AI development practices
- Maintain code quality standards with AI tools
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Support feature delivery through agile development processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement of AI-assisted workflows
Requirements
- 0-3 years software development experience
- Basic experience with AI coding tools preferred
- Strong foundation in modern programming languages
