About the role

  • Design user experiences across Thrive AI’s core objects
  • Deliver user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive Figma prototypes
  • Support complex workflows including onboarding, asset creation, and AI-assisted editing
  • Work within the existing Thrive AI design system
  • Design intuitive UX for AI interactions
  • Collaborate asynchronously with Product and Engineering
  • Deliver well-structured Figma files suitable for direct engineering handoff

Requirements

  • Expert-level Figma proficiency (required)
  • 3–5 years of UI/UX or product design experience
  • Experience working in contract and/or remote-first roles
  • Strong ability to manage work independently with clear communication
  • Strong UX fundamentals (usability, hierarchy, interaction design)
  • Experience designing SaaS or workflow-driven applications
  • Ability to balance speed, clarity, and quality in a delivery-focused environment
