About the role

  • Architect the Full Customer Lifecycle: design and build customer journey using product usage data and custom database attributes for personalized, automated experiences.
  • Lead upgrade/migration of tech stack from HubSpot and Drip to modern marketing automation platform; evaluate, implement, and migrate data.
  • Orchestrate multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app messaging.
  • Run A/B tests, analyze campaign performance, and continuously optimize.
  • Drive revenue, retention, and upsell opportunities across multi-brand ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with Paid Media, Content, and Product Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrable experience in a similar, high-impact role.
  • Proven, hands-on experience migrating from HubSpot or Drip to platforms like Iterable, Braze, Klaviyo.
  • Experience leveraging CRM for revenue, lifetime value, and churn reduction.
  • Ability to build campaigns, write copy, and pull data; hands-on in tools.
  • Strong measurement, A/B testing, and data analysis skills.
  • Track record collaborating with Paid Media, Content, and Product Marketing.
  • Technical skills to architect automation workflows and creative copywriting.
  • Thrive in autonomy and ambiguity.
