About the role
- Run daily outbound prospecting — cold calls via Nooks, email sequences via Meticulate and Apollo, and LinkedIn outreach via Sales Navigator
- Research and prioritize target accounts — identify U.S. manufacturers with complex products, dealer/distributor sales channels, and existing CPQ or ERP systems
- Engage senior buyers — reach Director, VP, and C-Level decision-makers, including VP of Digital, VP of Marketing, VP of Sales Operations, and IT Directors
- Clearly communicate Threekit's value — explain how manufacturers can move from buyer intent to quote in minutes, not days, through guided selling and visual configuration — without replacing their existing tech stack
- Book qualified discovery meetings — establish fit and earn next steps for the sales team
- Maintain clean CRM data — keep Salesforce and Apollo updated with all activity, outreach status, and contact/account records
- Collaborate on strategy — work closely with the Director of BD and the GTM team on targeting, messaging, and campaign execution
- Participate in team development — join weekly team reviews and call coaching sessions to sharpen skills and meet your goals
- Provide field feedback — share what you're hearing from prospects to help improve messaging and sequences over time
Requirements
- 1–3 years in outbound sales, business development, SDR, or BDE role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — you write concise, outcome-focused outreach, not feature lists
- Experience running cold call campaigns consistently and qualifying prospects through discovery
- Comfortable engaging Directors and above at enterprise and mid-market companies
- Manage an active portfolio of accounts independently — prioritize targets, track outreach and follow-ups, and maintain quality across daily campaigns
- Maintain consistent outbound activity — handle rejection by iterating messaging, applying coaching feedback, and continuing daily outreach
