Executive Assistant

• Provide executive support to the Managing Partner, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination
• Manage emails, correspondence follow-ups, and stakeholder communications
• Prepare briefing notes, reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting materials
• Organize travel, logistics, and maintain confidential records
• Support CRM (Action Step) workflows, templates, checklists, and documentation
• Maintain SOPs, precedents, and internal systems (Google Workspace, intranet, Scribe)
• Assist in onboarding, training, and CRM-related administration
• Support operational projects, reporting, compliance tracking, and internal initiatives
• Conduct research and assist in process improvement and efficiency efforts
• Monitor deadlines, compliance requirements, and administrative tasks across teams
• Provide administrative support for case matters as directed
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders with accuracy and professionalism
• Ensure high attention to detail, confidentiality, and timely completion of tasks
