About the role

  • Own the SEO across AU and the UK as an initial focus
  • Work closely with developers, designers, and leadership
  • Strengthen communication and stabilise foundations
  • Build SEO structures that support long-term growth
  • Technical SEO: Crawlability, indexing, architecture & internal linking
  • Core Web Vitals improvements
  • Structured data implementation & AI-search readiness
  • International SEO: hreflang, canonicalisation, AU/UK localisation
  • Redirect mapping, migration preparation
  • Duplicate/thin content cleanup & indexation control
  • Content & Search Architecture
  • Keyword clustering & semantic mapping
  • On-page optimisation
  • Content hierarchy & governance
  • Dashboards in GA4, GSC, Looker Studio, Ahrefs/Semrush
  • Weekly snapshots, monthly insights, quarterly roadmaps
  • Clear documentation of decisions, reasoning & priorities
  • Light oversight of Google Ads via external partners (once SEO foundations are stable)

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years SEO experience
  • International experience (AU/UK ideal)
  • Strong technical depth (crawl/indexing/CWV/schema)
  • Migration experience or readiness
  • Confidence working with developers, UX, and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent documentation & clarity in communication
  • A solutions-focused approach in dynamic environments
