Operations

• A hands-on operations role where you’ll keep global supply chains moving, launch new regions, and support teams across seven countries.
• Maintain the inventory system as the single source of truth
• Keep stock, sales orders, and fulfilment data clean and accurate
• Troubleshoot discrepancies and escalate where needed
• Monitor OTIF performance and supplier accuracy
• Track freight, warehousing, and fulfilment costs
• Align freight timelines with sales plans and stock levels
• Set up logistics, freight flows, and warehouse operations in new markets
• Ensure each new region is fully operationally ready before going live
• Act as a primary point of contact with key suppliers
• Coordinate shipments, documents, lead times, and warehouse receipts
• Support the Global Sales Manager with operational/admin tasks
• Maintain CRM and sales data to help the commercial team move quickly
