About the role

  • Develop and manage the regional business development plan to support the long-term sustainability of THP.
  • Develop new client relationships to enhance the awareness of THP in the marketplace and create new revenue streams that enhance growth.
  • Expand existing client relationships to further support the growth of THP and its partners.
  • Gather market intelligence to support strategic business development initiatives and target ideal client opportunities.
  • Coordinate staff to execute the regional business development plan and deliver a consistent THP value proposition.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of business development experience
  • Experience working with CRM databases
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with a varied audience
  • Team-oriented approach to achieving success
  • Proven sales performance results and career progression.
