About the role
- Develop and execute a regional field marketing strategy aligned with global marketing objectives and sales goals
- Plan, manage, and host regional events, including trade shows, executive roundtables, workshops, and webinars, to engage prospects and customers
- Build and execute targeted campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth in specific territories
- Implement ABM strategies to support high-value accounts, creating personalized programs to drive engagement and conversions
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify target accounts, tailor messaging, and integrate account-specific campaigns into regional planning
- Work closely with sales, product marketing, and the broader marketing team to ensure alignment on campaign goals and messaging
- Collaborate with partner marketing teams to support joint initiatives with key technology alliances and channel partners
- Monitor the performance of field campaigns, analyzing metrics such as pipeline contribution, ROI, and engagement rates
- Provide detailed post-campaign reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders
- Continuously refine campaigns based on data-driven insights to optimize performance and outcomes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing
- Proven ability to design and execute integrated marketing programs that deliver measurable results
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working across teams
- Familiarity with ABM tools like Demandbase or 6sense (preferred)
- Experience in the data analytics or enterprise technology industry (preferred)
- A data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (preferred)
