Financial Planning and Analysis

• Develop and maintain advanced 3-statement financial models (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow) to support company-wide multi-year planning, scenario analysis, and strategic decision-making.
• Build and refine integrated financial models for ARR, ACV, and Renewals, leveraging sales capacity planning and other key SaaS metrics to project business performance and optimize growth.
• Lead the development and continuous refinement of cash flow forecasts, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and effective management of the company’s short-term and long-term cash position.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support board-level materials, investor updates, and key internal reporting.
• Track SaaS KPIs (ARR, churn, pipeline health, CAC, payback periods, margin trends, etc.) and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, and department leaders to align budgets, forecasts, and strategic initiatives, ensuring efficient resource allocation and operational efficiency.
• Participate in annual planning cycles, quarterly re-forecasts, and ongoing business reviews. Help evaluate strategic initiatives such as new product launches, pricing decisions, market expansion, and vendor negotiations.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, automate reporting, and streamline data flows.
