• The Private Wealth Consultant has the primary responsibility for executing a focused sales strategy within the given segmentation. The PWC will be responsible for positioning Thornburg’s mutual funds, SMA products, private strategies, ETFs, and any other future Thornburg products to financial advisors and professional buyers to include RIA’s, Bank Trusts, OCIOs, Aggregators and home offices. Increase sales and enhance relationships with financial advisors and professional buyers (Bank Trusts, OCIOs, Aggregators, RIAs, home offices, etc.) within this segmentation. Work closely with the TIM Investment team, Advisor Solutions consultants, and Strategic Relationships team to execute on sales goals and initiatives for the year. Identify opportunities to develop and execute consultative sales strategies that will maximize market penetration and increase buyer loyalty across stated segmentation. Utilize technology and third-party databases to analyze data and identify strategic market opportunities. Respectful partnership with internal members, marketing, and others to ensure alignment around business strategy, capitalize on opportunities, and overcome specific challenges. Ensure collaboration across the organization, maximizing synergies within other channels of distribution. The PWC will also maintain advisors in their assigned territory focusing on the service and growth of these long-term relationships. The PWC will specifically work with the corresponding Advisor Solutions Investment Consultant to ensure proper coverage and success of all remaining Advisor Solutions advisors in the territory. The PWC will assume coverage for the national RIA Aggregator firms that are primarily sourcing their growth from traditional advisor solutions broker dealers. These include but are not limited to: Sanctuary Advisors, Rockefeller Capital Management, Steward Partners, Snowden Lane, New Edge Wealth, Private Advisor Group, and Stratos Wealth. Perform other job duties assigned as necessary. Regional Responsibility This position will require the appropriate individual to be based within the Central Territory. Chicago, IL- preferred.
