About the role
- Monitor and fine tune automation framework capabilities and drive automated testing solutions
- Design and develop performance test plans, test scripts, and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements
- Execute performance tests using industry-standard tools (JMeter, BlazeMeter, LoadRunner)
- Analyse performance test results and create dashboards and reports
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in collaboration with development, QA, and operations teams
- Assist, train, mentor and provide technical guidance to junior QA Engineers
- Stay up-to-date with performance testing tools, trends, best practices and implement AI in performance testing
- Participate in agile ceremonies, identify risks, and deliver testing solutions for products and complex projects
Requirements
- Total experience 4-6 years in Performance testing
- Mandatory skills: Performance Testing, JMeter, LoadRunner, Java
- Java programming knowledge is must
- Design and develop performance test plans, test scripts, and test scenarios
- Execute performance tests using JMeter, BlazeMeter, and LoadRunner
- Ability to analyse performance test results and create performance dashboards and reports
- Implementation of AI in performance testing
- Knowledge in agile methodologies
- Proven ability to work within an agile environment and contribute to agile ceremonies
- Detects, highlights and tracks bugs and performs activities according to quality criteria
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues
