💰 $64,400 - $119,600 per year
About the role
- Provide support for assigned accounts, answering questions/problems primarily relating to ONESOURCE Income Tax and related products
- Ensure issues related to other Tax & Accounting products are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Provide proactive service by reviewing pending product releases for applicability to client's current processing
- Conduct quality monitoring and follow up of customer emails and calls
- Review all released patches/updates/fixes and propose product changes/enhancements per client requests
- Provide feedback to management relating to client satisfaction
- Maintain contact with assigned client representatives and manage client relationships
- Be available for extended hours as needed
- Develop product/application-specific specialties and mentor other ONESOURCE Support Groups
- Provide overall work direction to junior level roles
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 3 years of international tax compliance seasons preferred
- Microsoft Office user experience
- CPA license preferred, not required - expired or active
- Direct Tax ONESOURCE software, CorpTax or other related softwares required
- Subject matter expert in area of international income tax: forms 8858, 8865, 5471, 8990, 8892 and 1118
- Detail-oriented and client-focused quality account management
- Be available for extended hours as needed
- Ability to provide overall work direction to junior level roles and mentor junior staff
- Strong client relationship and account management skills
