• Provide support for assigned accounts, answering questions/problems primarily relating to ONESOURCE Income Tax and related products
• Ensure issues related to other Tax & Accounting products are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Provide proactive service by reviewing pending product releases for applicability to client's current processing
• Conduct quality monitoring and follow up of customer emails and calls
• Review all released patches/updates/fixes and propose product changes/enhancements per client requests
• Provide feedback to management relating to client satisfaction
• Maintain contact with assigned client representatives and manage client relationships
• Be available for extended hours as needed
• Develop product/application-specific specialties and mentor other ONESOURCE Support Groups
• Provide overall work direction to junior level roles
• Other duties as assigned
