About the role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Trainee Solicitors, Apprenticeships, and Work Experience programmes
- Build strong relationships with universities and internal stakeholders
- Support Thompsons’ brand through engaging early careers initiatives
- Manage day-to-day recruitment activity with accurate administrative support
- Represent Thompsons at careers fairs, campus events, and outreach activities across the UK
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment
- Exposure to Early Careers, Emerging Talent or high-volume recruitment
- Background in recruitment with an interest in law and social justice
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and experience using ATS
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Shares values motivated by opportunity to support social mobility and access to careers in law
