Account Manager

• Ensure the successful implementation of Third Space Learning’s AI math tutor Skye in schools across the United States
• Onboard new schools onto the platform and assist with programme and student set up
• Ensure that they have clear expectations about how to implement high-dosage AI tutoring programs
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with district and school leaders to ensure long-term success
• Conduct in person school visits across Michigan, Colorado or Maryland
• Provide responsive support via phone, email, and live chat during US school hours
• Actively suggest product improvements to strengthen market position
• Ensure meticulous usage of key tools (TSL platform, Salesforce, Lightdash, Intercom, Aircall, Google Sheets, Gmail, Zoom)
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within your territory
• Gain an in-depth knowledge of the sector and competition
• Professionally represent Third Space Learning to its customer base
• Attend regional events to drive lead generation and boost brand visibility

• Drive outbound prospecting to create qualified opportunities for the sales team
• Meet and exceed activity goals across calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Build and manage a predictable pipeline of engaged prospects
• Research schools and trusts to identify key stakeholders and tailor outreach messaging
• Maintain detailed records in Salesforce and effectively use tools such as Reply, Aircall, and Google Workspace
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to improve lead quality and conversion
• Share feedback to help refine positioning, messaging, and outreach strategies
• Develop deep sector knowledge and become an expert in the Third Space Learning offering
• In the longer term, contribute to building out and leading the demand generation function
