About the role
- Respond to country-specific requests assigned by partner institutions.
- Provide technical advice and inputs on health programme design and integration of HTM services into health systems.
- Contribute to evidence-based planning including needs assessments, gap analyses, and programme optimisation.
- Engage in multi-stakeholder processes.
- Prepare required assignment deliverables including technical inputs, analyses, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain regular communication with partner institutions.
Requirements
- Degree in Public health, Global health, Medicine, Epidemiology, Psychology, Pharmacology, Laboratory science
- Fluency in English; strong preference in French, Russian, or Portuguese
- 10 years of relevant or professional experience in HIV/AIDS, TB, Malaria, Resilient and Sustainable Systems for Health (RSSH)
- 5 years of professional experience in low- and middle-income countries in HIV/AIDS, TB, Malaria, RSSH, or community systems strengthening.
- 7+ years of professional working experience in Anglophone African countries, Francophone Western or Central Africa, Eastern Europe and Central Asia (EECA) region or Mozambique
- 5+ years collaborating with the Global Fund (funding requests, grant-making, reprogramming)
- 5+ years integrating HTM programmes into broader health systems, PHC, or UHC frameworks
- 5+ years multisectoral coordination experience (ministries, CCMs, technical partners, CSOs)
- 5+ years experience in gender-responsive and equity-focused approaches in HTM or health systems strengthening
