Director

• Lead the development and execution of the menal health portfolio
• Oversee direct technical support to project country teams, joint learning and knowledge management, maximizing the impact of learning partnerships between mental health work and with external agencies.
• Build internal strategy
• Play a company-wide leadership role, building intellectual and human capital in mental health
• Communicate with other ThinkWell directors and project managers globally to build, share, exchange and disseminate technical knowledge
• Recruit, support and mentor outstanding team members
• Publish papers, articles and blogs. Present at conferences and participate in technical working groups. Build ThinkWell’s reputation as a thought leader in the field.
• Consult and coordinate with key stakeholders within government, donors, and other entities to build ThinkWell reputation
• Lead on the expansion of mental health activities through collaboration with other projects within the firm and external partners
• Build ThinkWell’s portfolio
• Collaborate with Design Lab to collect and pursue new business information and contacts
• Identify ThinkWell’s niche in new markets

Director, Mental Health

Consultant

• Review National Health Accounts and resource mapping databases.
• Identify and document population-level fee exemption programs (HIV, TB, malaria, immunization, nutrition, family planning, Gratuité program, CHWs).
• Map financing sources and mechanisms by district, regional, and national levels; estimate financial volumes by disease area or intervention.
• Analyze community-level services and financing of Community Health Workers (CHWs).
• Analyze institutional and budgetary levers to support the production of health services in Burkina Faso.
• Contribute to sustainability analysis and incorporate stakeholder feedback on mappings and financial flows.
• Document financial flows (actual expenditures 2011–2023 and projected commitments 2024–2030) by financing source, mechanism, and production factor.
• Produce methodology notes, expenditure estimates, mapping outputs, and revised proposals with stakeholder input within the Aug 15–Dec 15, 2025 period (LOE 12 days).

Health Financing Consultant – Domestic Resource Mobilization and Sustainability

Communications

• Develop weekly insights by gathering perspectives from ThinkWell staff on global health topics, emerging trends, and project learnings
• Create engaging social media content to highlight ThinkWell’s work and expertise
• Draft brief thought leadership pieces for LinkedIn, Twitter, and ThinkWell’s website
• Curate and share relevant third-party content aligned with ThinkWell’s strategic focus areas
• Monitor key global health events and conferences and identify trending topics
• Produce timely content positioning ThinkWell staff as informed commentators and track industry news and policy developments
• Collaborate with staff to articulate expertise and support staff external profiles through content and strategic messaging
• Align communications with business development, contribute to proposal content, and maintain brand consistency
• Deliver weekly insight posts and social media content, monthly thought leadership articles, strategic content calendar, staff-specific communications plans, and curated trend reports
