About the role
- Drive $1.5 million in business revenue within the fiscal year through proactive sales strategies.
- Make at least 25 cold calls and 50 outbound emails per day to generate new business opportunities.
- Attend one networking event per week to expand professional connections and identify potential clients.
- Schedule at least eight new meetings per month to present our solutions to prospective clients.
- Secure four new deals per month with an average deal size of $35,000.
- Retain 95% of top-tier accounts over the year by conducting quarterly business reviews and identifying new opportunities.
- Explore additional revenue streams from new geographical regions, industries, or customer segments, aiming for a 5% increase in overall sales year-over-year.
- Promote the brand on social media, gather positive testimonials and reviews, and increase referral and customer retention rates.
Requirements
- High-level sales experience, preferably with knowledge of SPIN Solutions Selling or Gap Selling methodologies.
- Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and establish relationships based on credibility and expertise.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in both formal and informal capacities.
- Talent for engaging with executive and C-suite individuals as a peer.
- Strong ability to build and manage a personal book of business through effective prospecting.
- Upper-level understanding of business operations across functional groups.
- Solid understanding of the managed service space, including cybersecurity, telecommunications, SaaS, and networking.
- Skills to develop and execute robust sales strategies and market plans.
